Refund Policy: Payment is taken at the point of registration. If your business fails the initial check to meet the 3-Pillar Standard, a full refund will be issued. However, once your registration has been approved and your business is officially certified, no refunds will be provided.

Proof of Legitimacy: You confirm that the Company Registration Number provided is valid and belongs to the legal entity applying for certification.

Ongoing Compliance & "Report a Bot": You accept our "Report a Bot" protocol. If your business is flagged by the community, you agree to a 48-hour resolution review period and a direct intervention call. We reserve the right to revoke your Human-First Seal immediately and without refund if a breach of the pledge is confirmed.
